Randy cleaned the carpet in my basement and stairs. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He done an excellent job and went above and beyond. He explains each step of the process and what he does. I received a text from him the day after just to make sure my stains were gone and I was still satisfied. Excellent Job and I will definitely use again!
Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!! I had Stanley Steemer come to clean my carpet... AWWWFUL!!!! They only steamed the carpet. It did not dry quickly either and ended up smelling like a dog that needed a bath.And took forever to dry. And after Stanley Steemer's work, it seemed to really make that almost black soot-ish color permanent (I really thought the carpet could NOT be cleaned). We're clean people. We rent. We do not wear shoes in the house which has a beige shag carpet. We've been here since 2010 (it's now 2015) and because we could not find someone to properly clean the carpet, the carpet as you enter the living room is almost black with dirt ground in. I researched the internet so I could clean it my self with no luck. I was honestly depressed. It got so bad, upon entering the room I would step over the area. It was gross. WELL, GUESS WHAT!!!! Randy of Randy's Steam cleaning came. He treated the carpet, scrub brushed it, cleaned it again. He did the whole 9 yards and the carpet looks like it did when we moved in!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was dry before the next day. I cannot tell you how grateful we are for Randy. Any way, Randy is a genius of carpet cleaning. Now, we will be calling him every 6 months. We got the 99 dollar special from Stanley Steemer AND IT DID NOTHING!!!!!!!! I paid Randy 125 dollars and had our beige carpet returned to the original color and nice and fluffy again. Thanks Randy. You really should have a whole fleet to blow stanley steemer out of the field. If you need your carpet cleaned... RANDY'S STEAM CLEANING is the bomb!
